I am very surprised that people think France will win the Juries and not Malta. Honestly Malta is probably the most obvious jury winner since Sweden 2015.
Same, I believe Malta will win the jury vote for both valid and not-so-valid reasons.
Televoting-wise, I think Ukraine may be the one to get the highest score.

I can see any of the top 6 winning, but far less so for winning. San Marino and Russia are wildcards. San Marino from the Flo Rida factor which could also play out in the jury vote and Russia due to the message factor that could activate people who wouldn't otherwise vote. Either of those nations I can see doing well better than expected (or not). I can easily see The Netherlands doing worse in the jury vote, but there are where they are in this prediction.

So hard to make an exact prediction, so here is who I believe will be in the top 10:
: those 5 are the safest. if any of them misses the top 10, it would be a huge shock. I do wonder if them putting Malta so early suggests it didnt do that well in the tele, but its going to have a strong juryscore.
: just too quirky to not be in the top 10. juries should reward it as well as televoters.
: probably not as juryfriendly as Iceland, but its getting a huge televoting boost from lithuanian diaspora.
: i think finland can be happy if they score more than 50 jury points.. hoping for more of course. I am expecting a great televoting score for them.
Two more missing.. so lets take a look at some contenders:
: Even though it was the surprise of the semis, I have my doubts it will get a strong televote result in the final. But it looks very likely Portugal is going to score great with juries.
: It looks like this one is going to flop with televoters. Bulgaria will have to hope for a very strong juryscore. Wouldnt completely rule it out, but it looks a bit unlikely at the moment.
: Even though Armenia and Belarus are missing, this is still Russia we are talking about. Staging and song stand out so much it could still slide into the top 10 unless the juries are super harsh towards it.
: Everyone this year hopes Sweden is going to flop, but Sweden still got great jury potential. I dont think their juryscore will be as strong as in other years (probably still top 10), so for now I see them outside the top 10.
: This one is really early in the running order, which will hurt them imo. I see them outside the top 10 because I dont think the jury score will be strong.

In terms of a prediction of countries in top 10 I got 8/10 right, missing Lithuania and Russia (but as Russia was 11 its kinda 8.5/10). While I was off when it came to Italy, I did say that I could see it winning. I had intended to say 'far less so for Finland' but due to a typo I didn't get that part on the record.
I got three placements correct and was one place off for 7 further nations, making me very close for more than a third of the draw.
I was off by two for 3nations and off by four for another 3 making my predictions at least close about 65% of the time.
Big mistakes were very wrong placements of Norway, San Marino, Moldova and Bulgaria. I was also quite off for Lithuania, Portugal and The Netherlands.
For the televote I got 8 out of 10, missing Serbia and Greece. I got two placements correct in Norway and Spain. Because Spain was joint last with three other nations, meaning places 23-26 cannot really be separated, I might have technically gotten a total of five placements right. Beyond that I was off by one for 3 nations, so together with those I was very close for a little less than a third of the time. I was off by two for 5nations and off by three for 6, making me pretty close for around three quarters of the time. I was off by four for a further 3 nations. I was at least close around 85% of the time.
My big mistake was the very wrong placement of San Marino (very off) and I was also quite off for Greece and Moldova.

I only now have found out what instructions the jury were given courtesy of ESCInsight (at least what was true of 2013 and earlier) and so that will inform me in future years.
