And thanks everyone who enjoyed and voted for the New Year song of my childhood!!

Just need to tell you this, I actually knew Новогодняя before this show. Last year, I found Дискотека Авария's album "Марафон" in a second hand store in Sweden, and despite not really knowing anything about these guys, I took a chance, and bought it. One of the best choices I've ever made tbh, the album is great, and Новогодняя is one of the best songs on the album. One of the easier decisions I've made in this contest.

My reju decision was however a lot harder. I was really torn between two songs, and one of the qualifiers. What eventually made me pick Guardian Angel was that I figured it would need it the most, and it looks like I was right about that. Would have been awful if the other one had missed out on qualifying by 1 or 2 points tho. But now that both my s are out, I think I know who my in the final is going to be... Pretty good results in semi 1 tho, even if 2 of my favorites missed out. Semi 2, not so great...

As for my own result... I was expecting bottom 5 tbh, but last (of those who voted) was a bit disappointing. I guess you all have more faith in the system than I do.

And your entry was my 11th, that's unlucky, but I liked it, especially the vocal/voice parts. Yeah, that might sound weird, but these were my favourite parts
And as for the music itself – maybe I'm just not that big fan of that particular style/genre, it sounded a little bit repetitive to me at times, I like it when it's little bit more diverse, but that's not a rule – it really depends on the particular song and other songs in the show whether such songs would receive my points or not

It's not weird at all, that spoken part is much of the reason why FTS is such a classic in the hardstyle community. I've never heard it played without the whole crowd singing along. And that part is also why I sent it. Also, it could have been even more repetitive, the full length version of it is 5 minutes, but I figured the shorter version would be less annoying to those who didn't like it. Happy you liked it tho, even if it missed out on points.
