Song 1: KEiiNO – "Damdiggida"
KEiiNO represented Norway in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019 with "Spirit in the Sky" (in fact a brief clip was shown whilst they were introduced). They're back this year with "Damdiggida". "Damdiggida" sounds to me like a cross between country and techno; however the longish sections of Dam, diggi-dam, diggi-dam-dam by the backing group are what I'd call rap. I'm mystified as to the significance of the clear Perspex cubicle, with lights inside. Interestingly that opened up near the end. Altogehter a lively, catch song to start this evening, but I don't think it's as good as "Spirit in the Sky".

Keiino: Great openning and a very strong song, it is very early 2000s and that is a good thing, early 200s music and fashion is comming back in fashion. they did won the televote in 2019 and I wouldn't be surprised if they would repeat it on 2024 if they won the nf.

Damdiggida: I need her to go solo. Song is mostly fine except for Hugo’s and Fred’s part . 4/10

Gåte is my favourite, but don't mind, if KeiiNo wins, and will get their revenge for 2019:devilish:.

did I mishear or was Alexandra's big note really off? It didn't sound very pleasant to me. Overall, I guess I got used to the diggidiggidam a little bit so it wasn't as terrible an experience as in the semis but I'm still not a big fan

Song 2: Annprincess – "Save Me"
Well this starts with a whistle lik effect. This song has a good beat. I'm mystified by the significance of hte table on an angle. The stage is predominantly dark, with light beams at the back for much of the song, and the orange floor lights at the back during the bridge. Not bad, but this is definitely not a winner tonight.

Really? I think Fred is pretty awesome on this track tbh.
I thought it was rather idk unnecessary? Tbh can’t expect the man to yoik all the time, but I think I would like more something different than this

Save Me: the way this is every Melodifestivalen song since like 2015, not bad, but come on 3/10
