Not Keiino's Crazy Frog-esque song ending up my fave of the night. I must respect that glorious performance and add a couple of extra points onto it. See, this is what happens when you deliver on stage. I still think the song is annoying but it was the clear stand out from this semi (almost suspiciously so). Everything else was either bland, annoying or a combination of the two. Waltz of Death is alright but I should like it so much more than I do.

Prediction: Keiino, Miia and random.org the third.

Want: Keiino, Mistra and the third slot to be given to robbed king, Mileo, thank you.

Weird to read Kai's comments, cos I enjoyed every song from this Semi except from Mistra's polythene drying opera...

So yeah, for me it's...

10 KEiiNO - Damdiggida
9 MIIA - Green Lights
9 Thomas Jenssen - Take Me To Heaven
8.5 AnnPrincess - Save Me
8 Vidar Villa - Mer
3 Mistra - Waltz of Death

Also, please stop mentioning Crazy Frog, cos if Damdiggida is like anything, it's Ice MC "Bom Digi Bom"

It's not that obviously, but yeah, I would get that comparison way more...

Scarily true - I burst into tears as the perspex walls hit the stage after Alexandra's top note. I'm not okay - someone send oxygen please...

Is it normal to always have this reaction? I don't think I've ever adored a group or singer this much in my life - I have no idea what they do to me, but yeah, I'm dead... Again...

There is some undescribable magic into them that never seems to wear off.

What did I say...

Semi 1 qualifiers:
Song 4, 5 and 6

Semi 2 qualifiers:
Songs 4, 5 and 6

Semi 3 qualifiers:
Songs 4, 5 and 6

Do the Norwegian public forget to switch MGP on until halfway through or...?

I'm all good with this result, but shame for Thomas Jenssen - that was a campy fabulous performance and those falsetto notes xheat

Now to rewatch my babies' performance on repeat for the next week xheart

ehh this is probably my least favourite Keiino song I've ever heard. The dickidickidickidicki thing gets on my nerves. It reminds me of the crazy frog
Norway is good at picking slightly annoying songs. Just look at the last three years. Often, slightly annoying songs do well in song contests as there is no dislike button.

Keiino song sounds so childish. Like some kind of mockery.
Vs. My AI it's like easy-listening for your grandparents

But yeah, it's not for everyone. Taking inspiration from comments made about Ireland's NF last night, it's better to be divisive in Eurovision than to have a song that everyone just mid-key likes.

To be fair, the producers placed the better/more competitive songs in the 2nd half of each semi/heat.

"You're Mine" and maybe Mistra could have sneaked in but so far, none of the qualifiers didn't deserve to go through.

Mia's "delegation" prepared placards with her name on it - using Palestinian colours.
Any news on whether she would be flying the Norwegian flag in Malmö or not (if EBU don't change their view on a certain country's participation?)

I'd fully enjoy KEiiNO (even though their song is inferior to their 2019 ESC entry or "Monument"), Gothminister, Ingrid - even Annprincess or "My AI" but Gåte is the only one I would clearly be voting for  massively in May.
The country duo might sneak into my Top 10 or Top 5 as well, though.
