Absolutely but going up to 50% shows the bookies see a lot of promise there. And it's funny how Super Flop dropped.Don't think you can really take these % odds as fully representative when we are still to see the final 6 songs performed live. After Saturday next week, that's when the odds will hopefully start to show a more representative view.
What's certain is that Gåte has put themselves firmly in the mix for the win now. Is Margaret Berger still a challenger? Or Gothminister?
The US country song is no surprise as that's who Norway is, but the AI thing I don't get at all. Because it was like Aqua, is that it?

Oh and can you all please say Gaate instead of gate.
Remarkable.Ulveham just jumped up in the odds with 52% winning chance while Keiino dropped to 25% and Super Flop is dropping to 5% (before the performance they were no.1 with around 30%)

Make them win MGP so that their name is part of this thread's name so that we just have to copy the correct spelling because we non-Scandinavians don't have the letter "å" on our keyboards.
I can only present you ü, ö, ä, ß as alternatives.
And yes, I'm advocating for Gåte's victory based on a lingustic point of view.
Please, Norway, educate us on your language by sending that absolutely fantastic entry to Malmö
A few words about "Ulveham":
The lyrics are based on an old (medieval) folk ballad. This ballad isn't Norwegian as such - it's a common Scandinavian story that may even exist in other countries too. It's based on several sources, and there are small differences between the various versions. But the main storyline is:
A motherless girl is rejected by her stepmother, who even puts a curse on her: The girl is turned into a pair of scissors and later a sword - she plays both roles well, but then the stepmother turns her into a werewolf and states that the curse can only be broken if the girl drinks her brother's blood. This is seemingly impossible as the girl has no siblings. But she finds a solution: she ambushes her stepmother, who is pregnant, and by disemboweling her stepmother, she gains access to her (half) brother's blood. She ultimately enters a monastery after finding him a foster mother.
- Please stop, I feel like a failure alreadyYes, the norwegian Part.
Well that can be a symptom of BPD, especially the oversharing. What I don't get:
Posting selfies of her crying.
So people should stop talking about her but she's also seeking attention at the same time?
That's really lovely and very kind.Since Erika felt so down after last night, me and a friend came up with the idea of getting her a little gift to give her some love and encouragement . So we started a little crowd funding so that we could get her some flowers, and since we ended up getting a bit more than we expected as a result of 60 people donating, we managed to not only get her a nice bouquet but also donate some money to Youth Mental Health Norway. Hopefully everything will be delivered to her in the next couple of days *fingers crossed*
