According to these clarifications on ESCtoday, I guess we can finally drop the entire Morocco/Liechtenstein/Qatar/Kazakhstan discussions for the following years, unless something is happening.
These speculations have no substance at all and are useless.

I love Arabesque music and also Berber music is cool (though not my métier) and for sure a it would be a cultural enrichment, however, I demur at the right point in time for Morocco to come back. They probably would of done great in the 00's but with the 'jury' on board I do not see these styles getting anywhere and I am definitely not keen on just having another Azerbaijan or even French diaspora artists in.
