Re: MONTENEGRO 2013

think that they will withdraw again :(

Probably, but then they'll just be sore-loosers like Czech Republic. I mean if you send cr*p, then you shouldn't expect any success.

They also say in that French article that he went to Baku in the Eurovision-period and that he wants to be the first to get Montenegro to the finals

Ah okay... Im still wondering why they haven't came up with a great balkan ballad like all of their neighbours have done (and most have done fairly well) instead of the 80s middle-of-the-road rock of their first two entries, and the bizareness of this year's entry which was doomed to fail from the start.

I have the same question on my lips. Montenegro in ESC so far feels like Czech Republic. They are just in to see how it works, but they don't pay any attention to it or try to make some actual effort while entering.

Ahahah thanks for showing you can't understand this song ;)

Haha, that's the very thing, I understand it and how someone can call it "deep"... well we probably hear different things

Re: MONTENEGRO 2013

What deeper meaning? The silly political lyrics?

AGreed, how many words can I find that rhyme which each other and sound somewhat political? hermetic, pathetic, analphabetic.......

I got the "deeper meaning" but it still sucked. Pushing an agenda doesn't make a song good and I truly hope that Montenegro will take ESC more serious next year, if they decide to participate.

Re: MONTENEGRO 2013

Aren't they only in if they can find someone who can either fund or attract sponsors to fund the whole ESC trip?

Rambo Amadeus was pretty well known so I guess it wasn't a problem for him but I think anyone else would probably have to cough up some money.

Re: MONTENEGRO 2013

Well, it's a shame that Rambo came up with something like "Euro Neuro" because, even though Montenegro never qualified, it seems not so impossible for them to reach the top 10 in the semi-final (unlike Slovakia or Latvia, that are really struggling not to be ranked last).

Re: MONTENEGRO 2013

I hope for Milena Vucic or Sergej Cetkovic.

Btw, I also liked "Euro Neuro". In fact, it was the best Montenegrin ESC entry so far. It was also a very brave attempt from them to send someone so famous but "wacky" like Rambo Amadeus, and as I like seeing different things on ESC, I can only salute that :D

I also liked his ESC performance a lot.......that was totally in his style. But I do understand why most people didn't get it. However, if he had a support of the neighbors in the semi (at least Serbia and Croatia + someone more for example), he would've had a chance to even qualify.
