"One Step At A Time" is the Maltese Euro Pop sugary treat we all secretly desire. I find this one extremely repetitive though. Bonus points for bald ginger bearded man throwing fabulous shapes on stage. To me this entry is inoffensive and enjoyable, but it could be much better (REVAMP).

I'd agree with you if it was last in the running order; the Maltese seem to really care about running order at their NFs. I just looked at Wikipedia and they haven't sent someone from the first half of the running order since 2011 (Glen Vella), and even then he performed 8th/16 and won only by two points.

TL;DR Prepare for a shock win by Petra I guess?
