You are certainly right. In the end, song quality decides, but sometimes a running order can change things. A song can go under between other more popular songs. But better be optimistic than pessimistic before things are actually decided ...

Omg, I disovered this song today morning at work and it wowed me so much more than Israel or Czech Republic after first listening. Seriously, I've heard snippets from recaps and I thought this is nothing special and... I was soooo wrong.
