Cute. If only the text had been more complex, this would've been a great song to hear in the grand final.

It is difficult to qualify this ballad from the first semifinals, real..

It's very pleasant, but everyone will fall asleep...It's not a good and competitive song for esc, unfortunately !

This must win Eurovision absolutely

If this was the winner of Eurovision 2018 then Eurofans would sue for giving them yet another ballad winner in the period they're all about glitz and tinsel, so I don't think it's the best victory option, honestly

And I am here to remind that I'm absolutely grateful for The Roop and their decision to take part. They'll be the reason I'm going to fault myself for getting in our NF season again  because it's never too good for my absolute favourites of each year... nor it was to them, which is a shame... and if they return next year it will be a shame either because nothing, and I repeat, NOTHING AT ALL will likely top the pearl that is and was "Yes, I Do". Such a shame really. "That Girl" couldn't top "Love Shadow" for me either, and nor did "Broken Shadows" "Like I Love You" and "1 2 3" "Let U Go".

That Paula flop! No real surprises though.

Ieva's not too bad a choice, all things considered. Yeah, the song's kinda boring and cheesy, but it's also very pretty, I like the melodies, and we're actually rather low on good old piano ballads this year. Her English enunciation is rather offputting, as are the English lyrics - from both perspectives, the song sounds better in Lithuanian.

A low 6 points for the Lithuanian version, and a high 4 points for the English version. Since I don't know what she's sending, let's average it out to 5 points for now.

This selection completely passed me by, so there are one version in English and one in Lithuanian correct? Which version was performed in the selection? I hope, of course, they'll stick with Lithuanian in Lisbon...

this is fine. she has an ellie goulding quality to her voice that i appreciate and elevates the song. not really one of my favourites but acceptable and i wouldn't be mad if it advanced.

which, for lithuanian standards, makes this the voice of god itself lol

Wow, this is boring. The song wants to be touching but it's just too boring to work for me. 3 points.

English but with the final verses of the song in Lithuanian. So we'll hear Lithuanian on the Eurovision stage for the first time in a while!

^ final 2 lines.

Anyway I have learned not to hold the 2019 NF of ours in extra high regard because for two years in a row I have had my fave coming third in the final and an obvious winner in the midst (obvious by at least the semifinal(s) phases happened... I assure you that wouldn't have been the case in 2016 because I bet my ass of Rūta would've been my last. While I was actually happy for our winner being obvious for once :D

At the first listening, I found it boring, but in the right situation, it develops a kind of meditative relaxing atmosphere that I quite like.

Not a big fan of Ieva, but it was the best possible choice from this final.
Will my dreams come true in the next :lt: pre-selection ?

I agree with what a few people said. It sounds a bit boring with no true highlight. It might be radio friendly. Yet the song itself isn't so bad, it's okay. Need to listen to it a few times before rating it.
