I think Strazdas 1999 was the best one, Love and Love is blind were decent aswell.
Other than that I think Lithuania has been very weak in Eurovision, but they do have some gems in their selections (I posted a couple on the other page), they just have to start to choose the right entries for ESC.

Lithuanian broadcaster LRT is calling for songs. Only citizens of Lithuania and foreigners who have permission, by law, to reside in Lithuania can participate in the contest. The deadline for submission is 1 October. Singers and composers can enter separately, meaning that LRT will act as a ‘match maker’ to pair up potential entries.
According to lrytas.lt, broadcaster LRT will start live shows in October of this year- making Lithuania one of the first countries to go live with their national selection.

Yeah, today I saw that news in lithuanian 15min.lt
aaand national final will be public, will start in October (kinda early :?) . in each semi 10 songs, jury and people votes, the best 3 to final. same as last year.

Also the Lithuanian national broadcaster LRT has published their rules for the selection of the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest entry. The contest is only open to Lithuanian citizens and permanent residents. The songs can be submitted until 1 October 2012.
The selection process will once again consist of televised qualifying heats and a national final. The winner will be decided by a combination of jury and telephone votes. The first televised shows will air already in October this year.

The winner of the 2013 Lithuanian national final will get the honour of having his/ her own solo concert in Vilnius, which most probably will be held this year.
Yesterday was the last day for the artists, composers and singers to submit their applications, entries, songs to LRT. The Lithuanian broadcaster is currently checking and evaluating all the received applications.

October 20th LRT starts national selection to Eurovision 2013. It will be longer than last year. At all Eurovision fans will see even 10 shows — 2 evenings to introduce all participants of selection, 5 selective tours, 2 semi-finals and final(a few days before Christmas).
Shows will be filmed on Thursdays, and their records will be broadcasting on Saturday evenings, except live national final. The host of selection - Andrius Rožickas.
List of participants will be posted next week

After first introduction with participants evening, we already know 17 participants. That means selection got 34 participants. But here are they, first participants:

Berta Timinskaitė;
