I remember Finland winning 2006 and since then I can believe EVERYTHING!

After a couple of more listenings I am still not totally convinced. The song is definitely different and fun. I really love parts of it, the refrain is great and Netta sure can sing! BUT - I am still not too into her more surrealistic vocal acrobatics...

I thought that was more of a tune, this one will depend a lot on staging to make the novelty factor work. It needs that and a good performance to qualify.

So, I've heard the song. After hearing it, I have mixed feelings about it. I like some parts, while some parts sound very outlandish. Nonetheless, the whole song is luckily still organic whole. Honestly, I can understand hype around it, and I wouldn't be surprised if it wins, nor would it bother me if it does. However, this song is definitively not something I would add to my playlist. After a few more listens, I feel like (for the moment) I've made my mind up on whether I like it nor not. And I'm definitely in the minority here, because I find it to be somewhat middling. The chorus is interesting, but the sound effects and chicken stuff remind me of that episode of Friends where Ross dusts off his old keyboard and does random sampling noises and passes it off as genius.

But those parts aside, there is an interesting, somewhat ethnic melody to it, and she is a good singer and charismatic performer.
