I echo what most people said - stick to Icelandic, even though I still adore the songs fro
Yohanna, Euroband, Jonsi, Birgitta etc! Strong vocal performance indeed!

I was hoping for something better but as I said before, I preferred the NF version over the new one. I enjoyed Eythor though and his accoustic version during the Meet & Greet was awesome (there is a video on our YT page).

He deserved at least top 15. Everyone who watched the final with me liked it. I also liked the song, the performance and the backdrop as well. I knew it will not end in top 10, but, as I said........it should've been at least top 15.

He should have gutted a fish on stage, like in the video. There's no rule against dead animals in the ESC, only live animals. :geek:

I have to say that I am still watching his performance everyday on Youtube, to me it was perfect and I still get goose bumps.;) That's different from our 2012 entry, since it lost it's magic somehow, they were nervous and it didn't feel natural, like it does when watching Eyþór perform

And...... its on my ipod, unlike our 2012 entry, together with another song of his, Desemberljóðxlove There are not many songs that get through to my ipod, only the best;)

I thought maybe you'd like to hear my butchering of the Icelandic language in my version of Ég Á Líf that I recorded for the NSC ESC 2013 Karaoke spin-off contest.

That was really really good;) Kudos to youx12s
