I don't feel hate
I just feel sorry
You feel so very clever whenever you find another way to wear me down
But I don't feel hate
I just feel sorry
So you can wiggle with that middle finger, it'll never wiggle back to you
'Cause I don't feel

Sorry

I really don't care (ah, ah-ah) that you want to bash me (ah-ah, ah-ah)
Do it with flair and I'll let you be (I'll let you be common Eileen)
But don't you dare (don't you dare), mmm, to get angry (to get angry)
When you realize those words just don't hit me
What?

'Cause I don't feel hate
I just feel sorry
You feel so very clever whenever you find anothеr way to wear me down
But I don't feel hate
I just feel sorry
So you can wigglе with that middle finger, it'll never wiggle back to you
'Cause I don't feel hate

Sorry

I really don't mind (ah, ah-ah) to be your rival (ah-ah, ah-ah)
'Cause for your kind it's essential for survival (say what? He did not just say that)
Yes, I did (yes, I did), and I feel sorry (so sorry)
I don't feel hate, that's the whole point of this song (that's the song)
I guess you need patronization as some kind of validation
You won't cope with the frustration that your random me-fixation
Is another affirmation that you're just a hateful person
Who's not really better than me

Tap break, uh

I don't feel hate (don't feel hate)
I just feel sorry (I just feel sorry)
You feel so very clever whenever you find another way to wear me down (wear me down)
Meine Damen und Herren
But I don't feel hate (no, no, no)
Das war's mit "I Don't Feel Hate"
I just feel sorry (just feel sorry)
Ich hoffe, Sie haben noch ein derbe nices Leben, und bis bald
So you can wiggle with that middle finger, it'll never wiggle back to you (wiggle, wiggle, wiggle you)
'Cause I don't feel hate (no, no, no, no)
I just feel sorry (I just feel sorry)
You feel so very clever whenever you find another way to wear me down (don't wear me down)
But I don't feel hate (I don't feel hate)
I just feel sorry (I just feel sorry)
So you can wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle you (wiggle, wiggle, wiggle you)
'Cause I don't feel

I know Jendrik is a bundle of joy and beams with positivity, bless him. But that performance is pretty tragic. He obviously sounds good if he really tries. But his over-enthusiasm sort of caused him to over-perform and that's when he starts to sound really off-putting. I wish I can get behind the song.

And I think Finland's Blind Channel must be fuming, seeing how Germany managed to get away with the "middle finger" as it was show in numerous parts of the song (not deliberately), but you can tell it's strategically choreographed.

I just rewatched those rehearsal clips and I have to say it looks hopeless. Like a bad JESC entry.

And why is he adlibbing in it instead of sticking to the studio vocals?!

It could flip with the televote and flop with the juries. I think he will end up somewhere on the right side of the board but not bottom 5. But the German entry is the most interesting this year, some hate it some love it.
If those tragic rehearsal clips are anything to go by he's more likely to flop hard with both.

At this point this is in direct competition to become my most disliked entry ever. The competition is hard though as Severine has been haunting my nightmares for 15 years.

This looked so amateurish alongside Italy and I love it :ROFLMAO: Contrast couldn't be higher.

Trainwreck song, trainwreck performance...

It could work in a children's show but I am still not over the fact that Germany served one of the most modern Pop tracks in Eurovision last year to come back with this?

There is a discussion about how to differentiate a fun/quirky entry from a joke one, this one is in the latter category for sure.

Tbh I am already calculating with 0-3 Jury points on Saturday, would be surprised if we got more. Still not sure about the Public Vote, at least his YT videos are getting some positive comments.

Pretty certain that the public will safe us from finishing bottom 3. Beyond that ... hmm hard to tell. Imma go with 20th.

Would be more than happy with a 20th position. But somehow I doubt it now ... 15th place seems to make it impossible.
