My Prediction vs. Reality (bolded countries actually qualified):

I saw them coming:
San Marino
Azerbaijan
Finland
Malta
Bulgaria
Greece
Hungary
Norway
Georgia
Switzerland

I kinda saw them coming (I had them as outsiders):
Iceland (if Iceland qualifies, San Marino likely won't) or Israel (ditto) (both of these won't qualify. One of them might.)
Macedonia (probably won't make it, though. However, maybe she really is as famous as some people are saying she is.)

I really hoped I wouldn't see him coming, but I was afraid I would:
Romania

I didn't see them coming:
Armenia (the Swedish commentator basically said "Really?" ("Aha?") when they qualified)



So I basically got 8 out of 10. 9 or 8.5 if you count me predicting that it was basically a toss-up between San Marino, Iceland and Israel (one of them would qualify, but only one). On Tuesday, I got 8 out of 10 as well. 16 out of 20. Pretty good, if I say so myself.

Armenia is definitely the biggest surprise to me.
Romania was almost as big a surprise; I was sure it would be killed by the juries.

And I had expected Israel to go through.
I was unsure about San Marino, but I though they would go through after seing her performance.

My prediction ended 7/10.
