It's not that wrong I cleared my taste a bit and am not that divergent like before anymore. But I bet, if you would go back to Czech Republic or Slovakia (or New South Wales) we may reach some higher stats again (given that you reach the final though :|)

The one I posted was 12. Estonia / 10. Serbia / 08. Latvia / 07. Croatia / 06. Armenia / 05. Iceland / 04. France / 03. Hungary / 02. Germany / 01. Israel

So I assume it's mostly the high marks for Serbia, Estonia, Latvia and Croatia (and the inclusion of France and Germany in there). I think if I did it right now I would move Hungary out of my Top 10 and put Switzerland in there, so the similarity would probably be bigger.

The result would probably be very different if a full Top 43 was compared instead. Either way, I think this a very balanced year so there are a lot of acts in people's Top 10's that I like as well, but that I'm putting outside of my own Top 10. And as evidenced in the above paragraph, it's all so close for me that things keep moving around (in my first ranking I had Israel about halfway through and then I suddenly realized how much I loved it, so it shot straight into my top 10.)

I have 65% with [MENTION=9335]Terence[/MENTION], but judged on the above posts our tastes are actually more similar (except for Australia, I have all of those acts very close to my Top 10)

It was enough work putting together everyone's top ten... I did wonder about getting everyone to put together a bottom ten too so that we could see how that changes things, but I doubt many people would bother, so it wouldn't be worth it. Maybe next year, if I announce I'm doing it sooner!

I'm also thinking of the number of people who actually have a full 1-43 ranking will probably be a lot less than those with a top ten, so fewer people would participate!
