Well, let's just try to work it out. I don't know if you're referring to the jury voting or the 'SMS' voting, so let's do both XD #QuarantineSucks

Televoting:
Well, every member of this forum may vote in every semifinal + the 'Grand Final'. Each Voting you have 20 SMS to deliver. Just spread them to any country you want. You can give them all to one specific country or even can vote for every country, favouring just a few. To vote, just send a PM to the Eurovision account. To do that, you can click on the mail icon, next to the bell icon, up right of this site.

Juryvoting:
There's still a few spots in a handful of juries left. You can apply HERE! unlike the Televoting you have to do a full ranking of the entries in the semifinal that your jury has to vote in. And you can not vote for the other semifinal obviously. You send the full ranking to the HOJ of your jury. You can see who's the responsible person in the overview posted in the application thread. The HOJ may contact you anyway and give you the Deadline, so it should be easy to find out

I have now voted in SF2 as well :>
The semi votes were very easy cause my favourites were all pretty equally distributed in the two semis.
But if all of them reach the final, voting will be hell (especially in the jury vote)
