The voting for in the Final:
from 11 April to 19 April (9 days)​

• Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands will vote in the first Semi-Final.
• France, Spain and the United Kingdom will vote in the second Semi-Final.

From each Semi-Final, 10 countries will proceed to the Grand Final on the 16 May, joining the 6 pre-qualified countries. In total, 26 countries will be represented in the Grand Final.

wow just googled it....#2 to preform was always 9th in the semifinals: (Lithiania '13, Czech Republic '16, Poland '17, Albania '19). Only Teo from Belarus preformed second and wasn't 9th in his semi (he was 5th). In 2015 and 2018 members of the BIG5 preformed second.

- LOL @ France not getting the death slot. Only 4 ballads in the 2nd half, the rest are all in first half.
- Armenia, Latvia and Serbia in the first half, they will cancel out each other.
- Watch Israel open the show and Russia closing the show.

Edit: Just revisted the allocation draw, I realize the ballads are pretty evenly spread out. 5 in each halves.
