You revived a thread that had been dead for 3 years, what did you expect... It even says in the first post that the project was abandoned due to bugs.

Omg how to Launch in Visual Studio Code?????

Clone the repository to get a local version on your computer and then open the folder in Visual Studio Code. If you don't know how to clone, see this guide:

When you create a repository on GitHub, it exists as a remote repository. You can clone your repository to create a local copy on your computer and sync between the two locations.

You're going to need to know some Java if you want to do anything useful in VS Code though.
