Oh, yeah, forgot about the double elimination of cheesy overrated Scandinavian entries (Norway/Sweden ). Then, let me add Denmark, Bosnia & Ukraine to that list. After that follow the Netherlands, France, Italy, Slovakia and others but they're pretty good.

I would have said Istanbul, but the major earthquake in 1999 was in Izmit. Ok Istanbul it is. There were some moderate to high earthquakes in the 90's (Go USGS )
