Alanis last took part in WV51 in Nice with "Ironic". She made the final but finished in 22nd place... and she returns to Germany to finish what she started as Canada's 10th entry!
"Wunderkind" is a song from the 2005 film The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe. The second-place finisher in CanadaSong 51 by 1 point, it was only fitting to send it for her second chance

I'd never heard of the singer, but you blew me away in the LL. I thought I may have been overestimating how good it was, given it came after a few songs which just depressed me, but by the Gods I was not underestimating it! Lovely, gorgeous song. Thank you so much for entering it.

I thought this was a great song that I believed in with all my heart, and I'm heartbroken that it finished in the bottom 3 in the semi. As for WV56, I have no idea what I'm going to send next
