Well with Bulgaria it is down to cost... I've said this before, but if you was starving and only had enough money for a side dish and not the main meal, then you will get a side dish.

Damn that is such a shame i was hoping with this JESC return that they would be back at ESC. I'm not sure on the financial state of HRT but maybe JESC is all they could afford? As someone else put on another thread, If you're starving and don't have enough money for a main course, but you do a dessert then you will get a dessert.

I'm really over their silly back and forth. I get that they were hoping for private sponsorship and it appears they were counting on Hari Mata Hari to represent them and for some reason the negotiations fell through so they withdrew last minute. Well, maybe 2016 then....
