I have a feeling their decision is gonna be "bipolar" : Like it's gonna be "were gonna comeback to Eurovision, and then oh were not coming back" situation.

Like they did for 2014. Confirmed then pulled out. The EBU probably changed the rules on withdrawals for that exact reason.

Since 2th July, Bosnia haven't said anything about their participation in 2015 contest. But I still believe in their comeback. Country like Bosnia and Herzegovina just can be out. They are too interesting and have too much amazing history, to withdraw.

If Turkey returns and also Serbia & Croatia return to the contest,
then maybe Bosnia will consider a comeback.

Still I don't think broadcasters pay major attention to that kind of thing. I think Bosnia will return if they want to regardless of who else is in (although I accept having Serbia and Croatia back would sweeten things a little bit)

But I would like to have Bosnia back in, because I always enjoyed their songs, especially 2006, 2008 and 2011

Yes, this is the same guy who reported Serbia back and wants to represent Montenegro at JESC, don't take his words seriously until another more reputable site picks up on it!
