Source: Wikipedia:

The Baltic states (also known as the Baltics, Baltic nations or Baltic countries) are those countries east of the Baltic Sea that gained independence from the Russian Empire in the wake of World War I. Today, this means the countries of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, but, in the period between the World Wars, it also included Finland.[SUP][2][/SUP]

---------------------

The Nordic countries make up a region in Northern Europe and the North Atlantic which consists of Denmark, Finland, Iceland,Norway and Sweden and their associated territories, the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Svalbard and Åland. In English, "Scandinavia" is sometimes used as a synonym for the Nordic countries (often excluding Greenland), but that term more properly refers only to Denmark, Norway and Sweden.[SUP][1]

Agree on this! I can't stand Finland's entry... I honestly feel stupid when I listen to it

Why do you listen to it then? Do as I do and avoid it like the black plague whilst pretending it doesn't exist, only occasionally bringing up as an example of the state of music todayxqueenbitch

Ok my rankings.. (And Estonia's a nordic country? Wow learn something new every day)

Yes, I left out Estonia, and that's completely intentional as they do not belong in this topic. Basic knowledge.

Hmmmmm, I voted for Iceland. Overall the Nordic countries are mostly average to me. I enjoy Finland and Estonia and am okay with Norway.
