No matter what north countries are in same positions too. Can you cry about Cyprus-Greece or Denmark-Sweden-Norway and Baltic countries or Belgium-Netherlands-France, or USSR? No matter what winner is deserve every year. Not important 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 or last place

Because it's a small country... I'm not really sure how it's been made, but sources have reported it's something with the countries telephone companies having some deal...

It would be more difficult in bigger countries, but sure jury groups can always be bribed no doubt about it...
