I haven't really heard anything about that, but I don't think it'd be the issue here regardless. Firstly, Israel Calling had... what, 30-ish participants? So I imagine anything regarding that wouldn't just be restricted to Jessica's end. And secondly, the issues only seem to have come up over the last few days, following the bad feedback for her first rehearsal.
Honestly, I think it's just a combination of a bunch of unfortunate factors. We Got Love needs a strong live performance; Jessica is known for being rather inconsistent in terms of her performance quality, either being brilliant or subpar depending on the day and her mood; and she also responds pretty heavily to feedback, apparently.
All of that's fine, and maybe even a good thing, if the momentum is going well... but following a questionable costume choice, mediocre staging, and a few other bad decisions, it feels like the pendulum's started to swing the other way, with Jessica and the delegation being unable to get over the bad feedback to an extent, and that then causing further issues. It doesn't really help that, as always, our delegation seems to be a little stubborn – they like to stick to the approach that they've chosen and just promise that it'll all work out, but sometimes I think you just have to take the feedback on board.
Don't get me wrong: nothing's locked in stone just yet, and there's still a small chance to turn things around. Belgium was looking similarly worrying at this point last year, and ended up with a quite impressive fourth place after getting things back on track just before the finals. But... yeah, things aren't looking all that good, and if we get the somewhat weaker result that people are now expecting, I'm hoping SBS starts to reconsider their approach and open up a little for next time.
While I gree with most of your post. However I still think that the whole BDS thing took a tool on her becuase if you look at her social media they have singled her out due to her indigenous origin if you go her social media you'll still read meseges like:

This is my clear number one no matter live performance! I just love song, it is all what I love about one song! Especially I love how Jessica is singing it, so honesty, you simply believe her 100%! It is noticeable in live performance as well! Despite she is all over the place and maybe looks like she is trying too much, it is just full of energy and so captivating! 
I think this amazing song deserved a bit better staging but honestly, I do not think this one is that bad. First of all, it will look much better with full audience as kinda, she sends her energy to people and they will return it back to her I think on semifinal night it will be beautiful fusion of positive energies. You just feel it through her performance! Simply, Jessica is honest and natural and it is full of joy and positiveness!
