If they wanted to enter then they would find a way to get the money, maybe from a Catalan record company, Andorra in Eurovision was practically just the Catalan entry anyway.

Who said that?
I didnt hear anything.

"Els 10 anys d'Andorra a Eurovisió". Ràdio i Televisió d'Andorra. Retrieved 15 May 2014. "RTVA:Hola Teve 27, moltes gràcies pel teu interès però de moment Andorra no tornarà al Festival d'Eurovisió, és una opció que ara mateix no es contempla. Ens agradaria que ens indiquessis a quin blog has llegit que es podria tornar al 2015 per poder-hi respondre, ja que no és cert. Gràcies."

Very sad news. :(

I really liked their entries in Catalan, they were a breathing space between the tsunami of all the songs in English. Discovering languages was one of the main reasons why I became a fan of the Eurovision Song Contest in the 1980's. At that time, long before internet, the contest was one of the only places where you could hear a song in Finnish, Greek or Icelandic.

Unfortunately it didn't happen.
This is a bad start for the year 2015.
And i dont see any other nations returning or debuting.
Maybe some countries will withdraw.
And then?
Even less countries will be in.
Is this the END of Eurovision?

Actually there is just one week from the end of Eurovision 2014 and there is impossible to be negotiations with anyone at this stage. The procedure hasn't even started, so there is more than enough time to change their minds.

But Cyprus is already coming back isn't it? I think Serbia and Croatia will also be back, not so sure about Bulgaria and Bosnia and Turkey is unlikely
