Now we have had more than half of the songs and to me Albania stays on top 4 together with Italy Greece Ukraine.
I don't dislike this, but I do think it is being over-hyped a little by the fandom. It's hovering around my 12th/13th place, so definitely has the opportunity to grow. I just hope that there isn't an awful revamp (or complete reinvention that wasn't required, a-la Besa) which makes this sound like a Scandi-reject.

I wonder who'll be shock NQ of the year and I'm thinking this dude will spoil everything that the gal worked for. This is pure fandom craze going on and bets don't resemble it in the slightest.
Meaning for sf odds this will be 8-10

Albania in the pimp slot? Would the producers dare?
Nope. The pimp slots are reserved for Sweden, a Big 5 country or two and some.

Damn, how I wish for the random order to come back.

I fail to see why we have to deal with Björkman's taste, preferences and bias again.

Drop the "producer's choice" category and let the host broadcasters decide on the running order (if you don't want to go back to a fair and random draw).

It's so frustrating to usually/always see an up-tempo banger at #1 and a ballad or Eastern European country at #2.

We've got several music shows and competitions in which a ballad or mid-tempo song could be the first song performed as well. Eurovision isn't and shouldn't be Melodifestivalen Deluxe.
The running order is giving away too much and it's a very unfair way to have an impact on the final results.

They've also messed up several times by letting similar songs or performances (colour, gender, voices) compete following each other, e.g. 2018 (Finland, Australia), 2021 (Cyprus, Albania), 2022 (Australia, UK, Poland) so that they can cancel each other out.

I think it would work great from the pimp slot. Especially if the staging is strong. It's a fans favourite and it would have the arena clapping along and going crazy. Especially for Beatrice's voguing. Hopefully Bjorkman has the imagination to see that

I suggest she starts paying less attention to that finesse techno dance you guys call voguing, and more to singing. Cause I guess they decided that the dude stays in the performance and there will be no revamp?

I never understood the charm of this song since it was released but it has been growing on me since last week which I didn't see coming at all. Giving :8:

I still don't see why this gets so much love on here . It feels more like a final studyproject for a conversatorium than a song. This will be a NQ for sure.

I'm upgrading this to :12:
It definitely stands the test of time. I cannot wait to see this in Basel. Hopefully the huge Swiss-Albanian diaspora will be awarded with a great result.

It is almost a lock at qualifying, there is nothing like it in the semi and the diaspora will come out for this. Their ethnic mix is needed in the final, especially if Greece should not make it (they probably will, but semi 2 is very unpredictable)
