"Më rrembe" is my second favourite song of this years National Finals, only behind the gargantuan hit "Heart of Light". Rezarta has come 7th each time she's entered. It's really unfair. I thought "Ti?" should have represented Albania back in 2013, and that this years song was magnificent and deserved to be fighting it out with Lindita for the win. It's such a shame that (to my knowledge) a studio version of the song doesn't exist.
Her song from Kenga Magjike is epic as well

In re Kenga Magjike: I'm not big on songs with that kind of backing that sounds like video game music (which I think was why I never got on the Lindita hype train completely), but she's such a presence that she pulls it off.
I will find a "Më rrembe" studio version if it's the last thing I do. I don't know what the lyrics mean, but I assume they mean "Željko, step it up." It shows the potential of the Balkan ballad at Eurovision, but it's not even a ballad. It feels honest, it sounds coolly modern while also feeling delightfully dated, and she sings the hell out of it.

Also, there's something reassuring about knowing that for all the cultural differences across the world, The X-Factor is an over-bloated mess everywhere.

That's NOT good. Firstly her performance was a million times better in Amsterdam, then the back drop is dark and mystical instead of being young and bright, and the stylists really need to find themselves a new profession.

Elhaida's acoustic performance of "I'm Alive" was fantabulous. I continue to love the entry more and more each time I listen to it. I think I actually like it more than "One Nights Anger". Probably the best Albanian entry since "Suus", although nothing is ever topping that for me. I doubt a song will ever grab a hold of me the same way that "Suus" did again.
