Pretty surprised 2023 is in front, but yeah also bit helped by the fact :mk: :me: :bg: withdrew, I really liked all of them last year

But still with these 3 2023 would still be in the lead, shows how great this year is

It's a weak year in my book. But I still enjoy a good amount of songs and Cha Cha Cha is an absolute everygreen and would be my winner in 2022 as well.

While this year isn't very strong (nor was last year tbh), I don't agree this is worse than 2022 as many others seem to think. It might look worse when putting the entries side by side like this (or actually pretty similar), but on average I think I prefer this year all in all. I think the heights last year were stronger, but I also think last year had more lows and mediocre stuff compared to this year so I guess it evens out a bit.

If you take into account that I've only listen to 90% of this year's entries from recaps, 2023 didn't do bad at all. I really don't like any of these two years but at least in 2022 there were 3 songs that I was listening to often, this year on the other hand, I kinda like one song I guess.
