Good news everyone, we talked a bit internally and we decided to extend the round for one more day :D (Almost) all of the cards will be revealed in these two days and we want our voters to be able to vote for all the current songs in the next round.


Also this round already saw by far the biggest number of voters and we are really happy to see that. We want to give an extra chance to people who didn't vote to cast their opinion as well.

Possibly, but Montenegro doesn't have a K in it, and K is nowhere near E on the keyboard (on any layout I know of, at least). Anyway, just thought I'd mention so that he's got the chance to fix his votes~

I've seen lots of incorrect votes here, like people voting for songs that aren't eligible in this round or for their own countries.

It usually happens with new people who are unfamiliar with the game indeed (despite everything being posted up front). We would typically PM these people when we notice mistakes but, sadly, we would usually not get corrections on time (or not at all) and then we are forced to leave their votes out of the table. We keep the first post updated with that exact purpose and everything that is needed is listed there already but just like when it comes to the general forum rules, not everyone bothers to read them. And we can't force anyone to read them either but if a set of votes is ineligible, we can (and) must remove it from the sheet for that exact round. As long as it's not a direct attempt of cheating, it just ends there. The votes don't get counted for that round but they can vote in the next one normally. We would take it as a mistake that wasn't fixed and it doesn't affect other votes.


So far, however, we didn't see anyone trying to cheat by voting for their own entry. We inspect everyone's IP regularly. However, if we do spot that happening, those particular people will certainly be banned from the further rounds and their votes would instantly become ineligible.

I don't address ineligible votes in public because I try to keep the topic clean as much as possible. If something is to be discussed it goes via PM.

EDIT: Actually, we do have a case of that happening, my bad. IT's not direct cheating, however as that particular set of votes is ineligible by two conditiions. What will the consequences be depends on his/her reply and it will be known after the round ends.
