PBC has released voting rules for Junior Vidbir 2023.
50/50(jury/televote)
Just like with the jury selection Diia will act as voting platform
2 phases of voting first phase starts 2 days before the final at 9:00(CET) and ending on the day of the final, second phase begins after everyone has performed live and lasts for roughly 20 minutes.
For the first time in years public vote will have priority in case of a tie. (So no more situations like in 2013 when Tarasova won on the jury support despite being 10th out of 20 in public vote due to four way tie)

PBC wil pay Fresh production 1.29 milion(1.55 with 20% tax) for JESC production, 78 thousand will be spent on vjing in Nice
