I'm glad to announce that a National Final will be hold, featuring Lucero as the artist who will represent Mexico in WorldVision 38.

Lucero has sold more than 22 million records worldwide and she is well-known in Latin America and Mexico as “La Novia De America” (The Bride of America)
39 albums, 8 movies, 9 soap operas (telenovelas) in the leading role, 2 theatre credits and multiple times as a event hostess, many of her songs peaked on top of most of the Latin charts including the Billboard Charts in the USA.

She's been more successful as a singer during the 90's. Her work as an actress has been a plus, however she based her artistic career as a singer, exploring different music genres like pop, latin pop, Mexican folk ranchera and power ballads.
