The United Kingdom’s entrants for the Eurovision Song Contest 2011, Blue, have announced that they are working on a new album, expected to be released before the end of 2014. The album will be the second album released by the British boyband since their reunion in 2009, the first being Roulette in 2013. However,  it is currently unknown when the release date will be or what the album title is.

Blue were one of the most successful boybands of the early 00s, achieving international fame with hits like ‘All Rise’, ‘One Love’ and ‘If You Come Back’ before announcing their split in 2005. The group reformed with its usual lineup – Anthony Costa, Lee Ryan, Simon Webbe and Duncan James – and officially returned to the public consciousness with their Eurovision participation.

Blue represented the United Kingdom at Eurovision 2011 with ‘I Can’ and were regarded as one of the favourites to win the contest in the lead up to the show in Düsseldorf, Germany, due to their previous international success and fame. They finished in 11th place with 100 points at the close of voting.
