The Best of British Unsigned Music award has been running since 2012 and so far has helped unsigned artists in the United Kingdom gain further exposure through its radio programming and award ceremonies. But what does this have to do with Eurovision? It might be more than you think!
The Best of British award for Unsigned Female Artist in 2013 was awarded to none other than Leicestershire’s Molly Smitten-Downes who brought in a new generation for the United Kingdom at Eurovision. Gone are the days of faded popstars and in come the new and exciting artists. So will this award help us to see potential tips for Eurovision 2015?
Perhaps. Some early names that might be worth keeping an eye on are Missing Andy, Nina Baker and Dilys Uwagboe who are all enjoying the added exposure of the award and their nominations, and if the BBC decide to go for another of these artists in 2015 we may be seeing another rising star next May!

One thing we know for sure is that they’re going to make the worst possible decision. BBC sucks!
