The EBU has today confirmed that Ukraine will choose its return entry for Eurovision 2016 on February 21st.
The selection process will also see the national broadcaster NTU broadcast two semi-finals on February 6th and February 13th 2016. All shows will be broadcast on the main channel UA Pershyi Natsionalnyi and will begin on eeach evening at 18:00 CET. Both a jury and televote will decide the results at each stage of the competition.
The EBU has also confirmed that Konstantin Meladze, a renowned Georgian producer famous for his involvement with Russian/Ukrainian girl group VIA Gra (Nu Virgos outside of Ukraine), will be a judge and producer during the competition.
As of now we don’t know who will take part in the national selection, but applications are still open until the 20th – maybe you have the song to take Ukraine to a successful comeback?
