The Ukrainian broadcaster responsible for Vidbir 2019, STB, has confirmed the running orders for the competition’s two semi-finals, while also confirming that Tayanna (who withdrew from the contest earlier today) would be replaced by Maruv.
The composition of the two semi-finals is as follows, with confirmed song titles where possible;
Semi-Final 1

- TseSho – Hate
- Yuko – Galyna guliala
- Maruv – For You
- Brunettes Shoot Blondes – Houston

Tayanna, one of the hot favourites to win the selection, took the step to withdraw from Vidbir earlier today, citing the need to focus on her upcoming releases and her efforts to produce a solo tour. Maruv – real name Anna Korsun, who with the producer Boosin released the international hit “Drunk Groove” in 2018, will replace Tayanna in the selection with the track “For You”.
Ukraine’s latest selection kicks off on February 9th with the first semi-final, followed by the second a week later and the final of Vidbir 2019 being held on February 23rd.
