Tonight Benidorm Fest, the Spanish national final, started with its first semifinal.
The stage was graced with nine amazing performances:
1. Sharonne, “Aire”
2. Aritz Arén, “Flamenco”
3. Sofía Martín, “Tuki”
4. Agoney, “Quiero arder”
5. Megara, “Arcadia”
6. Alice Wonder, “Yo quisiera”
7. Meler, “No nos moverán”
8. Fusa Nocta, “Mi familia”
9. Twin Melody, “Sayonara”
The show was hosted by Monica Naranjo, Ines Hernand, and Rodrigo Vazquez.
Edurne (Spain 2015), Monica Naranjo, and Leo Rizzi performed during the interval of the show as special guests.
The voting was divided into three parts: the professional jury with 50%, the demographic panel with 25%, and the televote with another 25%.
The qualified acts are:
- Agoney, “Quiero arder”
- Alice Wonder, “Yo quisiera”
- Fusa Nocta, “Mi familia”
- Megara, “Arcadia”
The show will continue Thursday with a set of nine acts of which four will be selected to pass through to the Grand final using the same mechanism as tonight.
