As previously reported, Alekseev won the National Final in Belarus, therefore wining the right to represent the country in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon. Portugal. Plenty of drama unfolded over the last few weeks but in the end it didn’t make a difference, Alekseev won over the hearts of the juries and televoters.
