Portugal’s national broadcaster RTP, the proud host of Eurovision 2018, are certainly not holding back on preparations for next year’s edition of the competition. The broadcaster has confirmed that more details on what is set to be a special show in 2018 will be revealed next week, on November 7th.

RTP will hold a Eurovision press conference at 13:30 Portuguese time (14:30 in CET) at the Lisbon Oceanarium, Das Nações Park. It is expected that more details of the ticket sales, delegation details, accomodation and details regarding the much-anticipated semi-final draw in January.
Portugal’s broadcaster RTP had previously released their ambitions to host the ‘cheapest Eurovision’ in modern times, so it will be interesting to see whether any of the ideas behind this will be revealed on Tuesday.
