The music video for Poland’s official entry for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022, “To The Moon”, has been released on the official Junior Eurovision Youtube channel.
The music video was filmed in Wroclaw. Alongside the music video released was the studio version debut of the song, as it was only heard live on the Polish national selection. The studio version was recorded in mid-October at Warsaw. Laura Bączkiewicz will be performing the song in Yerevan, Armenia.
The music video shows Laura and her dancers in what it seems like a spaceship as then hover over to the moon! They encounter the outer space and galaxies which is just so fitting for their entry.
Poland become one of the rising countries in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. After two back-to-back victories and a top 10 placement from the 2018-2020 editions, Sara James represented Poland in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2021 in Paris, France with the song “Somebody” where she placed 2nd with 218 points, six points behind the eventual winner, Armenia.
The Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022 is set to be the 20th edition of the contest that will be held at Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex at Yerevan, Armenia on December 11, 2022 after Malena won the 2021 contest in Paris, France last year with the song “Qami Qami.”
