The OGAE Second Chance 2013 contest was hosted by the Spanish OGAE due to their victory last year with Pastora Soler’s “Tu vida es tu vida”. 15 countries took part but there can only be one winner. Our own club OGAE – Rest of the world is also responsible for those clubs within Europe that do not have its own OGAE therefore we are taking turns and this year Hungary was chosen as the representative.
