After OGAE Espana’s victory in the last OGAE Second Chance Contest, our club is pleased to organise the OAGE Second Chance Contest 2013.
As you know, in this competition only those clubs whose national television stations have organised a public contest for their own song for Eurovision can participate.
OGAE Second Chance 2013 will celebrate the final on 5th October 2013 in Barcelona, and this same day, the final result will be announced.
From today until 15th April 2013 the different OGAE clubs are required to confirm their participation along with their chosen song to represent their club, whether it be an active form of selection by their members or one by a representative jury. The confirmation must be done by mail to [email protected].
The program will be recorded in Malmö and a week after the festival a DVD will be sent by post to each of the participants.
The subscription cost for participating will be 20 euros for each active club and 10 euros for each club with an honored jury system. The subscription is to be paid to OGAE España at the OGAE Presidents’ meeting in Malmö.
During June, July and August 2013, it will be possible to enjoy the competition, but OGAE España must receive a video (a spokesperson is obligatory) from each club with their points by 1st September 2013 at the latest.
OGAE España will not extend the dead-lines mentioned above, nor is it OGAE España’s responsibility to remind each club of their video with their scores. Clubs that do not meet the dead-lines will be regrettably automatically disqualified.

Ogae Rest of the world has already confirmed their participation with a song from HUNGARY. We will pick the song soon after HUngary has selected their 2013 entry for Malmo
