Podgorica, Montenegro – As you already know, Montenegrin boy band Highway is chosen to represent this Balkan country at 61st edition of Eurovision Song Contest. Guys from the band are working hard in this days as they consider a great honor to fly their country name at upcoming edition of the Contest.
“Last week we visited Belgrade and promoted our song. Also we worked on staging as we were supposed to make a sketch of our performance and send it to producers of Eurovision. All we can tell you by now is that director of performance will be Igor Basorović, and producer – Mirko Vukomanović, exclusive producer of X Factor Adria”
When we asked them to reveal us some more informations about whole stage performance and possible backing vocals, they added:
“We want to bring our X Factor crew to Eurovision Song Contest and Nikola Marjanović together with Marija Lazić will join us on our journey”
On the question how they spent time in Serbia and how was the reacton of audience on their song, they answered:
“Reaction on the song were very positive. One of the best comment was when MTV team told us that we totally stand out! We are also very proud to have a support from the people all aroud the world. We received some very encouraging messages”
In this upcoming days they will record Eurovision postcard.
“People from SVT arrives in Montenegro at 20th of March and we will be recording a postcard. We will visit some really important places to us”
Highway will join Eurovision parties in Amsterdam and London and they expect some support there.
“Simon Cowell crew will support us on whole this journey. He promised to us that we will meet his team while visit to London. Hope to get some tips (laugh)”
