Several months ago Sergej Ćetković was internally selected to represent Montenegro at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen, Denmark. Tonight we saw the World Premier of his entry Moj Svijet (My World).
This is how Sergej described his song: “I guess you could describe Moj Svijet as a Eurovision song, but at the same time it represents me and my style. I am really excited but I don’t have any fears, because I think that the audience will accept this song very well”.
The 39 year old singer recorded the song in Belgrade and said that the Staging in Copenhagen will be kept simple as he wants the song to speak for itself. You can listen to the song below and share your thoughts with us on our Forum HERE.
Montenegro will perform in the second half of Semi Final 1 on May 6th hoping to break the bad streak of results since they debuted in 2008. The small country has yet to qualify for the Finals but there is hope that 2014 will be their lucky year.
