Italy was the last country to announce their entry for the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest in Malmo, Sweden. Marco Mengoni was announced as the respresentative a while back but it wasn’t until this morning that the song was made known to the public. L’essenziale won the “Big Artist” category with the song.

overrated in my opinion … to me it’s an annoying song… i also don’t like san marino inspite of the effort….
and his looks are scary, he looks like devil decided to become a male model….

A very dramatic sound, Italian is a strong language and this song works well with that. 500% imporvement on 2011 and 2012 but still not a winner in my eyes although I guess many will disagree
