“Immediately after “Imperija” was released, it received mainly negative response from the media and therefore, we decided to change the entry!”. That is what Ljupco Mirkovski, the Macedonian Head of Delegation, had to say about the last minute decision. This comes as a surprise to many, the deadline to submit a song is only 10 days away so we’ll find out soon what the Macedonian team came up with. According to local tabloids, the new song will be catchy and rhythmic. Vlatko Lozanoski & Esma Redzepova were internally selected to fly the flag in Malmo.
While it appears the song was rather unpopular among the Macedonian fans, it was quite popular among the ESC United community. Below you can see a snapshot of the poll on our official forum. Almost 30% of our members gave it the highest mark.

I really hope a new song will be as good. Belarus showed that replacing the old song with a new ones was better, but most fans liked the Macedonian song.
