Back in 2011, Kelly Schembri entered her song ‘Love Me Like Your Money’ into the Maltese National selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, she gained enough points to make the grand final of Malta EuroSong 2011 on the 12th of February 2011, although sadly failed to win the public vote / jury vote so failed to win the Maltese ticket to to Dusseldorf. Although Kelly did not represent Malta in 2011 she was chosen to give out the Maltese votes in the final.

Since then Kelly has been working hard as part of Monroe which consists of Kelly Schembri and Katie Jones. The girls have performed in the Malta Music Awards, Isle of White Music Festival, and have opened for acts such as The Noisettes. The girls are now ready to release a new song, which is entitled ‘Hunt You Down’.
