Who is Katia Aveiro?
Katia launched her music career back in 2005 (at the age of 28) under the stage name La Ronalda and boosted number of fans in last couple of years being most popular and most wanted singer in Portugal. She has become a star in her own light through singing career.

Dear Katia, how did you become interested in Eurovision Song Contest?
”Eurovision – It’s the world best Song Contest. Since I was the teenager, I have been watching it in my home.”
What would representing your country at Eurovision mean to you personally and what professionally?
”I am passionate about it. I feel that I can help my country, and of course I will. Also, appearing on music festival as Eurovision is, would mean to my career.”
And the very last question was about her preparations for Eurovision and is she ready to represent Portugal.
”I haven’t prepared any song yet for Eurovision, because I am doing many shows in Europe and South America, but Yes, I am ready to go!”
