Here is a quick FAQ, please make sure to read everything before applying for a position.
Who can apply?
You have to be at least 18 years old. We don’t require you to have professional training, this is a volunteer position after all. But those who have prior experience in their respective field will receive an expedited application Review.

Is this mostly work or fun?
Eurovision is FUN, so we are trying to follow that concept. Our priority is to ensure that everyone is having a good time on the team so all applicants need to have a great attitude and enjoy teamwork. We will not work you to exhaustion and you will have plenty of time for your “real life” obligations. However, we do expect a certain degree of dedication and you need to be available during the busy Eurovision season on a more frequent basis.
How much creative freedom do I have?
There are always some guidelines and rules that you will have to follow, that should go without saying. But if you are a creative person, the last thing we want to do is prevent you from letting those creative juices flow. You have a healthy amount of say in your work and we are always open to suggestions and your input.
What else is expected of me?
Besides from what has been mentioned above, it is our goal to have open dialogue with everyone on the team. That includes constructive (never mean) criticism and politeness towards your fellow team members. Remember, this is a volunteer position and we really stress the FUN part of this job so great attitude is a big MUST.
Can I get Eurovision accreditation?
The short answer is No! Our team only gets a limited number of accreditations which varies every year. The Editor-in-Chief decides on who receives press accreditation and is based on several factors, including contribution, skill set and enthusiasm. Joining the team does not guarantee accreditation so if your sole reason to join our team is to enter the press center, then you may end up disappointed. As far as National Final accreditation is concerned, this is all on a case-by-case basis and may be possible.
How do I apply?
All you have to contact us via email or use the form below. You can send your application to Matt [at] escunited [dot] com. Please give us a quick overview of yourself, interest, skills and what position(s) you are applying for.
